Hey
everyone, sorry I haven’t posted in like a week maybe two? I have been on a uni
trip with my sixth form for a few days and then I had another trip to London so
yeah I’ve been really busy with that and then I have some work to do for school
which I’ve barely started ( which I know is really bad! Haha.)
This
week I’ve been stuck for ideas on what to update about and I changed my mind
like literally two seconds ago; so this week I’ll be telling you all the things
I’ve loved in June, it’s going to have a little twist to it as usually they just
have beauty products in but I’m going to tell you about some other things I’ve
loved last month.
The
first thing I loved was the brown eyeliner that I got for my birthday and is in
my update from my birthday where I listed everything I got so if you want to
know where I got it go check there; the reason I loved this was because it doesn’t
look so harsh on your eye and looks really nice as a day time look. After using
this for so long I’ve been slightly put off by using black eyeliner now as I’m
so used to using the brown one, so I strongly recommend buying brown eyeliner
as I love it!
The
second thing I loved was Laurens way gradual tan, this is by far the best tan I’ve
used to date! I got it for Christmas and hadn’t used it just for the fact that
it hasn’t been hot enough to get my legs out, but I started using it now as it
is getting warmer in the UK and now I use it every day it just gives such a
natural tan; seeing as I don’t tan no matter how much I sunbath I don’t even
burn I just stay the same colour, by using this it’s a life saver! I’m no
longer the really pale friend! I would recommend this product to everyone just
put it on after you’ve had as shower and guaranteed you will wake up looking like
you’ve spent two weeks in bora bora! I’m not sure if they ship outside of the
UK but still check it out, you can find this product at http://www.laurensway.com/medium/gradual-tan-250ml/
The next thing I loved was the Rimmel London lasting finish
1000 kisses lip tint, I’ve seen various people using this product online and
when I saw it in boots I just had to buy it and see what all the fuss was about
and I can honestly say I love it just as much as everyone else. It’s a bit of a
weird product because when you take the lid off it looks like a felt tip pen
that you colour with and then when you’re using it, it is like your colouring
in your lips but it is a really good product and the finished look of it, it
does look really good. After you’ve applied the lip tint there is a lip balm at
the other end that you just put over the top and it adds a bit of moisture so
that there not so dry; definitely everyone try this product, mine is in shade
300 perpetual plum.
The next is the Rimmel London Kate Moss red lip stick in
shade 22, I’ve been looking for ages for a nice dark red lipstick that I like
and doesn’t dry my lips out and this one is the best I’ve found so far I did
try the Kate Moss red lipstick in shade 110 but it was really bright and dried
my lips out so I wouldn’t recommend that one but the shade 22 is a really nice
one and I’m loving it at the moment and recommend this one.
The next thing that I loved was Rimmel London exaggerate
full colour lip liner in shade 024 Red Diva, I really wanted to try lip liners
and this one goes I find nice with the Kate Moss red lipstick (shade 22) that I
previously mentioned and it’s so easy to apply; just looks really nice, makes
the lips stand out even more. I defiantly recommend this lip liner and I can’t
wait to try different colours.
The next thing that I still love and can’t wait to get more
of is the Rimmel London match perfection foundation in shade 010 light
porcelain, like I’ve mentioned before in a post that I’m looking for a new
foundation as I am really pale and struggle to find one that matches my skin; I’ve
used this product before but in a different shade. I didn’t really like it but
with this one I think the main reason I like this one is because it does match
my skin tone, however the one thing I don’t like about it is that it is really
runny and doesn’t really cover all the nasty bits (as my skin is really bad at
the moment), although I do love this product and will continue to love it and
use it until I find another one. I totally recommend this one especially if you’re
really pale!
The next thing I love is the navy oversized t-shirt dress; I
love this so much as it’s like the comfiest thing I own. I brought this from Primark
a couple of months ago and oh my god I wear it like every day when I get home I’ll
change into this, or when I’m going out and want to be comfy and relaxed I’ll
wear this with long socks and my converses. In Primark they have this in a maroon
colour and I can’t wait to buy it so I have one in both colours as it is the
nicest thing ever.
The last thing is these blue little dolly shoes that again I
got from Primark, I love these as they are really comfy and they have a cute
little gold anchor on them; I wear them like every day as they do look really
cute with an outfit. I have so many pairs of dolly shoes and these are the ones
that I don’t ever want to break although I know they will as I do wear them
like every day Dolly
shoes I feel are always a must, you just can’t go wrong with a pair especially
if there comfy!
That is all of my June favourites, I hope you liked it and
